The adoption of our commercial product based on vCluster has grown extremely fast (multi-million dollar revenue) and our customer base includes global Fortune 500 companies as well as fast-growing tech unicorns. Responsibilities As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, shape the narrative around our Kubernetes and platform engineering solutions. Define how we position, message, and drive adoption across key audiences, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, and sales. Engage with developers, platform engineers, and cloud-native decision-makers to improve engagement and adoption. Responsibilities (expanded) Messaging & Positioning – Develop crisp, compelling messaging and positioning for platform engineers, DevOps teams, and cloud architects. Content Creation – Produce core product marketing content including whitepapers, case studies, website copy, pitch decks, and videos. Sales Enablement – Build a comprehensive sales collateral library to support the GTM team. Launch & GTM Strategy – Lead product release launches, set success metrics, and ensure marketing alignment across channels. Customer & Market Insights – Conduct market research and ICP analysis to drive awareness and adoption. Competitive Intelligence – Monitor market landscape and industry trends to craft differentiation strategies. Community & Advocacy – Amplify user success stories and customer advocacy with Success and Community teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Align messaging and strategies with product, demand generation, sales, and customer success teams. Requirements 5+ years of enterprise software marketing experience, with at least 4 years in product marketing. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in Kubernetes, containers, DevOps technologies, and the cloud-native ecosystem. Strong ability to develop, execute, and iterate go-to-market strategies for software products. Experience building and maintaining sales enablement materials that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment and own projects from ideation to execution. Collaborative cross-functional experience with product, sales, developer relations, and demand gen teams. Experience with competitive analysis, positioning, and messaging development.
