Responsibilities
Create visually compelling assets for digital, print, video, and interactive media formats, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to execute cohesive campaigns and initiatives. Develop scalable templates and resources that empower teams to maintain brand standards across multiple channels. Leverage advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and generative AI tools to deliver innovative design solutions. Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity, learning, and growth within the team. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, or a related field—or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or art direction within a corporate or agency environment. Expertise in design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Seniority level
