Workforce Management Analyst
role at The UKG WFM Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of UKG Workforce Management (formerly Kronos) modules, with a focus on scheduling, timekeeping, and accruals. This role will also create and maintain basic reports and dataviews to support business operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with both system configuration and end-user support. Key Responsibilities
System Configuration & Administration: Configure, maintain, and optimize UKG WFM modules including scheduling, timekeeping, and accruals. Set up and maintain pay rules, work rules, shift templates, job transfers, rounding rules, and attendance policies. Manage accrual profiles, balance rules, carryover logic, and ensure alignment with company policies and compliance requirements. Maintain system security, profiles, and access roles as appropriate. Scheduling Management: Build and maintain labor schedules, shift patterns, and schedule templates to support business needs. Partner with managers to ensure schedules meet labor compliance standards, union contracts, and business objectives. Provide reporting and analytics on schedule adherence, coverage gaps, and overtime usage. Timekeeping & Compliance: Oversee time capture methods, punch policies, and rules to ensure accurate payroll processing. Monitor and audit exceptions (missed punches, unapproved overtime, etc.) and partner with Payroll/Operations for resolution. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws (e.g., FLSA, state break requirements), and union agreements. Reporting & Analytics: Develop, maintain, and run basic reports and dataviews in UKG WFM to provide insights on attendance, labor utilization, overtime, and scheduling efficiency. Deliver ad hoc analysis to support HR, Payroll, and Operations teams. Assist with creating dashboards or recurring reporting packages for leadership. Monitor data integrity across modules and escalate discrepancies as needed. System Enhancements & Projects: Participate in UKG WFM upgrades and new module implementations. Partner with IT and vendors on system testing, validation, and troubleshooting. Identify opportunities to automate processes, reduce manual work, and improve data accuracy. Maintain system documentation, configuration logs, and process guides. User Support & Training: Serve as Tier 2 support for escalated end-user issues related to scheduling, timekeeping, and accruals. Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, data issues, and configuration conflicts. Deliver training sessions, quick reference guides, and job aids for managers and employees. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for WFM functionality and provide recommendations to optimize system usage. Qualifications
Required: 2+ years of experience with UKG WFM (Kronos). Hands-on experience configuring scheduling, timekeeping, and accruals. College Degree Preferred: 5+ years of experience with UKG WFM (Kronos). About Lucky Strike Entertainment
