Candidate will be responsible for the daily administration, configuration, and support of the Salesforce environment. Will create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions. Candidate will be responsible for system configuration including customization of Salesforce applications, including flow builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, and APIs. Will design, build, and maintain automated solutions using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. Candidate will be responsible for data management including imports, exports, and updates using tools like Data Loader. Will develop and manage customized reports and dashboards and create and provide training and support to end users. Candidate will evaluate, install, and manage Salesforce updates and add-ons and will also work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements.
Candidate must have 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Must have proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management, reporting tools, and Salesforce declarative tools. Candidate must have experience with user and data management including security settings and familiarity with data migration and the Data Loader tool. Candidate must have familiarity building and customizing reports and dashboards and translating business needs into system solutions. Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area, be able to work onsite in downtown Phoenix as needed, and be able to pass relevant background check.
