You will engage with multifaceted legal matters and work alongside diverse teams to achieve business objectives. You will grow as a strategic advisor, leveraging your influence and expertise, coaching others, and solving complex problems. Your autonomy will grow as you demonstrate sound judgment, understanding when to take initiative or seek guidance. Key Responsibilities: Draft and analyze significant legal documents while assessing associated risks. Develop and implement comprehensive policies regarding cybersecurity and data protection. Navigate complex regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks effectively. Promote teamwork and clear communication across diverse groups to achieve project goals. What You Need to Succeed: A Juris Doctorate. At least 4 years of extensive experience dealing with complex technology-related legal matters. What Makes You Stand Out: Demonstrated team leadership abilities. Providing expert legal advice on global IT initiatives. Ability to work effectively with attorneys and business personnel. Experience managing engagements with specialized outside counsel. Skill in preparing presentations for stakeholders on technology-related matters. Proficiency in reviewing and negotiating technology-related agreements. Conversational understanding of advanced IT concepts. Experience contributing to global policies on AI and cybersecurity. Background working in an international environment. Travel Requirements:

Up to 20% Salary Range:

$91,000 - $321,500, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
