Must be flexible to work any 8-hour shift during our business hours. Business Hours:

Monday - Sunday, 24/7

Starting Pay:

$14.00 from day one Shift Differential:

$1.50 per hour for hours worked between 6 PM - 6 AM Weekend Shift Differential:

$1.00 per hour (Saturday and Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM) Incentive Plan:

Comprehensive options that support your success. Your Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide accurate information. Access customer accounts to inform about payments and benefits from state or federal agencies. Assist customers with inquiries about transactions and account statuses. Process transactions accurately using web-based applications and manage research requests. Communicate warmly and empathetically while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology. Support team operations during peak times to ensure seamless service. What We're Looking For: A dependable team member with strong work ethic and punctuality. Focused multitasker who thrives in a structured call center environment. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6 months customer service, call center, or dispatch experience required. Complete background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting. Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training. Internet Service:

Must have a verified, secure, reliable, high-speed internet connection. Work Area:

Dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection. Equipment:

Company will provide all necessary computer equipment. Internet Speed Test:

Must achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and download speeds. Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is essential.
