$28.50-$41.00/hr Sign-On Bonus:

Conduct daily system monitoring through inspections and trend graphs. Optimize ammonia operations using the Logix system. Train maintenance techs to enhance operational competency. Review and write procedures, PMs, and SOPs for equipment operation. Support PSM compliance audits. Maintain equipment, including holding a PIT license. Demonstrate knowledge of boiler systems, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and provide follow-up actions. Collaborate with supervisors/production teams to foster quality and yield improvements. Complete scheduled daily work and assist in wastewater operations as necessary. Work on air compressor and HVAC systems as required. Document completion of work orders and relevant PSM elements. Perform other assigned duties as required. Required Qualifications: Eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship. Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Understanding of Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration systems and hold the Ammonia Refrigeration Systems Certification - Operator Level 1. Able to wear a full face respirator mask and willing to join the Hazmat team. Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical and mechanical aptitude. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and wiring schematics. Strong commitment to safety protocols and ability to recognize unsafe conditions. Willingness to work weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Computer literacy with eagerness to learn SAP/PPE systems. Experience in food processing maintenance. Understanding of wastewater systems and HVAC. Boiler and compressed air systems operating experience. Proficiency in using calibration equipment, including RTD calibrators and digital multimeters. Able to troubleshoot 480 VAC 3-phase motor controls, 120 VAC, and 24VDC control circuits. Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
