Provide Human Resources support to assigned corporate and/or field operations client groups. Develop strong business relationships with managers at all levels while ensuring HR policies and practices align with company objectives. Staffing support and partnering with managers to investigate and resolve employee relations issues. Coach employees and managers on HR policies; identify and coordinate training solutions as needed. Provide counsel on company policies, benefits, staffing, employee relations, and compensation matters. Prepare, facilitate, and conduct training on a variety of HR initiatives as needed. Develop and analyze statistical reports to support HR strategies; prepare and deliver presentations; manage special projects as assigned. Thrive in both autonomous and team environments. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related business field preferred SHRM or HRCI credential a plus Minimum 7 years Human Resources experience, with oil and gas industry experience preferred Results-driven with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of employment laws Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated leadership skills to engage, inspire, and influence others, and the ability to build relationships with client groups Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in daily operations Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments Flexibility to travel to field offices, up to 25% Support 24/7 operations, requiring occasional accessibility outside of standard office hours. Must be open to future relocation to other U.S. division locations based on business needs. Compensation and Benefits
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience. Min $113,000 / Max $185,000.
