Our world-class sales organization is looking for self-motivated teammates with high social intelligence to accelerate growth. As a Partner Development Representative (PDR) on the Alliances team, you’ll be the first point of contact for identifying and qualifying services-led firms that align with Ramp’s Partner Program. You’ll help define how we engage and grow with partners to scale this motion long-term. What You’ll Do

Source and qualify new services partners through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts Identify firms that specialize in ERP implementation, finance transformation, or business consulting Engage Heads of Partnerships, Services Leads, and C-Suite to introduce Ramp’s partner program and educate them on opportunities Build top-of-funnel pipeline for Channel Partner Managers through targeted outbound campaigns Collaborate with Channel Sales, Product Partnerships, and Sales teams to evolve our GTM playbook and drive qualified hand-offs Maintain and update partner and opportunity data in Salesforce and internal tools What You Need

A builder’s mindset and a passion for defining partner engagement as we grow Ability to thrive in ambiguity and shape early GTM motion Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, consultative tone Comfort speaking with senior-level decision-makers at consulting or implementation firms Experience in partnerships, channel sales, sales development, or outbound sales Familiarity with services-led partners like ERP implementers, business advisory firms, MSPs, enterprise consultants, or system integrators Curiosity to understand a partner’s business model and map Ramp’s value to their client services Organizational discipline to manage outbound motions and iterate quickly Nice to Have

Experience as the first rep or early team member in a new sales or partnerships motion Experience building outbound campaigns or messaging that sticks Exposure to NetSuite, Microsoft, Workday, or Sage ecosystems Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or consulting Experience at a high-growth startup with speed, ambiguity, and iteration Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university Compensation Notes

For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range is $96,000 - $132,000. For candidates located in all other locations, the pay range is $88,000 - $121,000. Benefits (for U.S.-based Full-time Employees)
