Start at $37,000 - $40,000 per year ($18.00 - $19.25 per hour, including a $0.50 on-site differential and a $1 language differential), plus bonus opportunities. As a Bilingual/Spanish Customer Service Agent, you will represent one of the top insurance providers in the country. You will handle inbound calls from warm leads and current policyholders, offering assistance and expertise in their insurance needs while building strong relationships. Duties and Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, conducting consultations to identify and address customers' insurance needs. Educate clients on our insurance products and services, while identifying opportunities to offer additional options. Communicate all coverage details clearly, ensuring compliance with provided resources. Resolve inquiries and issues effectively by researching and analyzing customer concerns.
