Opportunity Awaits, Apply Today - Administrative Specialist 1 (Forensic Evaluation Services) This position will provide administrative support and coordination for the Forensic Evaluation Services (FES) Psychology team. A primary focus of this role will be assisting with the preparation, formatting, and management of court-related documents. Familiarity with legal documents and the court system is highly desirable. In addition to supporting the court documentation process, this position will help ensure efficient scheduling, data entry, and tracking of evaluations and communications. The role also includes general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the FES Psychology team, including generating reports, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal departments and external agencies. What We Are Looking For Minimum Qualifications: Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data OR An associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data OR An equivalent combination of education and experience. Accurately reviews, prepares, and manages legal and clinical documentation, ensuring quality and compliance with court standards. Familiarity with Legal/Court Systems
Understands court procedures and legal terminology; experience handling court-related documents is a strong plus. Strong Organizational Skills
Manages multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines efficiently while maintaining organized records and schedules. Professional Communication
Communicates clearly and respectfully with staff, legal professionals, and external agencies, maintaining confidentiality at all times. Proficiency with Administrative Technology
Skilled in Microsoft Office and database systems; able to accurately enter and manage sensitive information.
