The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for:
Responsible for supporting all processes related to assessing, measuring and communicating the customer experience within BayCare Medical Group.
In charge of managing the formal process of complaints and ensuring assignment to the appropriate stakeholder within the medical group for contact and resolution, aligning with BayCare protocols and procedures.
Responsible for supporting customer experience improvement initiatives and acting as a coach for team members and physicians through applying proven quality and improvement strategies and methodologies.
Work collaboratively with BMG leadership and customer experience survey vendors to fully understand best practices to achieve sustainable results.
Education:
Required Associates OR Bachelors in Related Field
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of customer complaint management and improvement and 2 years of Performance Improvement experience
Associate's degree with 10 years of related listed experience.
Required Certified Patient Experience Professional within 2 years of hire date.
