Description
Summary:
The HRIS / Business Systems Analyst will support and enhance our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) including Paylocity, Alight and Docusign. This role will manage application security, monitor and maintain interfaces, perform routine reporting and create design specifications for new vendor created custom reporting, support HR data systems for all employees and ensure proper deployment and documentation of systems. Support corporate administrative staff in use of PC tools including establishing user accounts, password and security configuration management, and Microsoft office suite application support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide application support in all business areas, including HR, compensation, benefits, finance, and recruiting
Assist with identifying and reporting findings of benefit account variances, including enrollment and/or terminations
Collaborate with the Payroll & Finance department as needed to ensure the integrity of data as it relates to new hires, terminations, and transfers
Assist with and create workflows.
Assist with managing the interfaces between our various vendors
Assist the team with requests for data and troubleshooting system errors and issues.
Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights on trends, turnover, and other key metrics
Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and new functionalities, coordinating testing and user training
Build and maintain standard HR reports and dashboards
Manage system setup, deployment, and configuration for new employees, including standard software and images
Oversee documentation of business processes and maintain updates, document application functionality, workflows, and related technical procedures
Manage HRIS and benefits/payroll systems, ensuring accurate and secure employee data, assisting corporate team and employees with any enrollment, configuration, reporting or interface issues.
Evaluate, recommend, coordinate, and implement new corporate business applications and modifications / enhancement to existing applications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for systems access, including HRIS and other business systems
Perform advanced reporting using data extracts, Excel, and SQL
Maintain application security for Docusign. Train and support Docusign document creation and workflow setup.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources Information Systems, or related field
2+ years of experience in an MIS or HRIS analyst role
Solid knowledge of system deployment and administration practices
Familiarity with benefits and payroll systems administration
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or Paylocity
Experience with Docusign or similar application
Strong skills in reporting, including SQL and Excel
Knowledge of relational databases
Project management experience
