Job Description
Domino's Supply Chain Center is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Associate to join the team. This position requires the technical skills to safely design, evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and install production equipment. Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Computer Controls are skills that are required. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance of a distribution and manufacturing facility, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of machinery relating to food processing equipment, physical structures, and mechanical and electrical systems. In addition, the Maintenance Technician must possess an awareness and understanding of how to work safely on mechanical and electrical equipment in a production environment.

3:00am-11:30am Sunday to Thursday

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES **
Inspect, test, troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment
Monitor equipment to detect malfunctions
Discuss machine operation variations with supervisor or other team members to diagnose problems and repair machines
Install and repair electrical devices such as transformers, relays, circuit breakers, starters, and safety and limit switches
Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
Install, program, and troubleshoot automated machinery and Programmable Logic Controllers
Install, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration and heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Service and repair material handling equipment
Monitor main electrical panel and troubleshoot as necessary
Repair/maintain boiler, water heater, water conditioning equipment, and water distribution systems
Listen to and timely resolve customer service complaints
Must wear and follow Domino’s Pizza uniform standards
Assist in following established preventative maintenance guidelines
Update logs as necessary
Report major problems to supervisor
Follow procedures related to all safety and government guidelines
Identify and document safety issues and report to supervisor, develop a plan of action to resolve concerns and following up to ensure problem is resolved
Monitor machines to ensure all levels are within EPA, OSHA, and other government guidelines
Qualifications: Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED and/or Technical School Training
3-4 years related experience, and/or licensed journeyman of a skilled trade
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical and electrical schematic diagrams; interpret technical instruction and diagrams
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to work during a shift which may be scheduled anytime during a 24-hour day, over any 7-day period
Ability to work in production/warehouse environment with constant exposure to loud machinery
Ability to work in extreme temperatures, both indoor and outdoors
Ability to stand, climb and walk on a continual basis throughout shift
Ability to lift from floor to above the head, to carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently, and 75 lbs. occasionally
