In this vital role, you will support the store leadership team and ensure fans can access the merchandise they adore. Key Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that keeps customers coming back, utilizing your product knowledge and customer service skills. Provide leadership support on the sales floor when your manager is unavailable. Open and close the store as needed, ensuring all operational tasks are completed effectively. Manage sales transactions at the register, promoting add-on sales through various methods like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and actively work towards achieving store sales goals and key performance indicators. Assist with merchandising strategies including planogram adjustments and stock organization. Communicate current fashion and music trends to the management team and corporate partners. Collaborate with management to prevent theft and misuse in the store. Maintain a tidy and organized stockroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. Foster a collaborative and passionate team atmosphere. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Leader. Qualifications: 1 year of retail store experience is preferred. Excellent communication, time management, and operational skills. A high school diploma or GED is required. Ability to navigate the store, handle merchandise, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
