The Manager of Paid Media Strategy will spearhead the strategic development, execution, and optimization of Dollar Tree's comprehensive media campaigns designed to meet brand, promotional, and eCommerce goals. This key role serves as the primary contact for a well-established media agency, driving day-to-day operations to ensure that campaigns are effectively aligned with business objectives and brand strategy. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in generating measurable outcomes across various stages including awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer loyalty. You will leverage a diverse set of media channels such as display, video (both online and linear), social media, paid search, programmatic, and affiliate marketing to maximize impact. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with internal teams including brand marketing, eCommerce, digital, creative, and merchandising, along with agency and platform partners. Your expertise will guide media investments, creative strategy, reporting, and ongoing campaign optimization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with an eye for detail, analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly managing a high-volume media calendar, while effectively influencing cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of full-funnel paid media campaigns across multiple channels. Act as the primary liaison with the paid media agency, providing day-to-day guidance, strategic input, and ongoing feedback to ensure effective execution. Oversee campaign management, budget distribution, media mix modeling, and audience targeting in partnership with internal and agency stakeholders. Collaborate with eCommerce and digital marketing teams to enhance traffic and performance via third-party platforms and online marketplaces. Partner with internal creative teams and agency partners to develop briefs, manage asset planning, and derive insights on creative performance. Continuously monitor campaign performance across all channels, offering timely reports and data-driven recommendations to optimize results and enhance return on ad spend (ROAS). Ensure alignment of paid media efforts with broader omnichannel marketing strategies and merchandising initiatives for consistent messaging across platforms. Contribute to brand recognition and awareness measurement efforts alongside analytics teams and third-party partners. Stay informed on the latest media trends, platforms, industry benchmarks, and consumer behaviors to keep Dollar Tree's media strategy fresh and competitive. Ensure adherence to compliance, brand safety, and privacy standards while maintaining alignment with internal guidelines. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years in paid media roles, ideally within retail, consumer packaged goods, or agency settings. Demonstrated expertise in managing integrated media plans covering various marketing funnels with a focus on ongoing optimization. Solid understanding of media strategy, performance marketing, and creative best practices. Experience working with external media agencies and collaborating effectively across departments. Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, or other demand-side platforms (DSPs). Exceptional project management and communication skills with an ability to influence at all organizational levels. Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
