As a Heavy Equipment Loader Operator, you will:
Efficiently move and load vehicles using a front-end loader or forklift.
Maintain accurate documentation of vehicle movements around the facility.
Conduct daily pre and post-trip inspections of your assigned machine.
Uphold a safe work environment and follow all company safety guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs.
Assist in maintaining company equipment and vehicles.
Utilize digital tools for vehicle documentation and tracking.
Prepare the yard for auctions within specified timelines.
Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Adhere to yard guidelines, including safety practices and speed limits.
Unload and load vehicles as necessary.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of two years of work experience, ideally in an outdoor setting.
One year of loader or forklift experience; certification preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proactive attitude with high integrity.
Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively.
Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail is critical.
Availability for occasional overtime as needed.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Pay:
