6%-8% of the base hourly rate for applicable hours worked Responsibilities: The Advanced Maintenance Mechanic position involves advanced machine technician skills, requiring a thorough understanding of an assigned machine center. Your role includes performing minor repairs, preventive maintenance (PM), and troubleshooting to enhance the capabilities necessary for a higher mechanic role. Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance and testing on equipment. Perform maintenance tasks, including minor rebuilds and major overhauls on all equipment. Identify opportunities for processing waste reduction and assist in relevant projects. Engage in the preventive maintenance program to optimize and reduce operational costs. Dismantle, clean, repair, and test electrical and mechanical components to diagnose issues. Communicate effectively and coach team members to improve performance and safety. Maintain accurate logs of all testing and repairs. Recommend equipment for inclusion in preventive maintenance programs. Perform inspections to identify potential mechanical and electrical issues throughout the facility. Rebuild reusable parts of equipment, such as gearboxes for scheduled maintenance. Troubleshoot, investigate, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Utilize the Breakdown Analysis process to eliminate recurring machine failures. Focus on areas including Production support, Mechanical Room, Water Processing, Boiler Room, and Wastewater Treatment. Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; technical training or certifications preferred. Minimum of three years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must pass the Mechanical Aptitude Test prior to consideration. Experience with high-and low-pressure compressors, chillers, water treatment, and boilers is preferred. Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and water processing is preferred. Familiarity with bottling equipment, PM programs, and SAP systems is a plus. Electrical knowledge of single and three-phase power with the ability to diagnose and replace electric motors is required. Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision. Capable of fostering a collaborative team environment. Effective communication skills with operators, technicians, and supervisors. Able to read and analyze computer-generated reports accurately. Physical ability to conduct inspections, including climbing and reaching overhead. Capability to lift and pull 50 lbs. as required. Proficient in reading mechanical drawings/schematics and OEM technical prints. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency. Willingness to be available for call-ins or cover shifts as needed to support production teams. Collaborate with the Safety department to maintain a zero-injury workplace. Maintain a positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
