Advance student potential—and your own—as you collaborate with the teacher to work with small groups of students in delivering individualized services and support. Monitor student behavior, track educational progress, communicate with parents, and reinforce learning and skills through our proven model. Responsibilities

Ensure that all students are educated in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Observe classrooms regularly, formally (using observation forms) and informally, and provide feedback. Attend weekly staff meetings to share information, suggestions, and concerns affecting the program and staff. Participate in Regional activities, including a weekly Director’s Meeting. Attend and participate in monthly Goal Reviews with Supervisor; demonstrate consistent growth and goal completion. Report facilities issues to the appropriate department for prompt resolution. Communicate with parents, supervisors, and district personnel in person, by telephone, and through newsletters and other written communications. Involve parents in the educational program and provide regular parent education events throughout the school year. Ensure compliance with state licensing policies relating to health, safety, and well-being of students. Foster stakeholder relationships (e.g., with district officials and parents) and provide responsive customer service. Supervisory responsibilities: conduct monthly staff supervisions and goal reviews, support staff growth, and ensure adherence to policies. Maintain records including financial, state licensing, student, and employee files, and communicate with supervisors to ensure proper support. Identify staff and program needs and pursue professional development opportunities. Model professional demeanor to staff, parents, children, and school district personnel. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Credentials in Education or a related field; Bachelor's Degree required. Extensive experience with students with serious emotional disabilities is strongly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred. Must be willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local laws and regulations. Salary

Posted Salary Range USD $70,000.00 - USD $73,500.00 per year. Equal Employment Opportunity
