We provide a safe, healing environment where patients gain the life skills needed to achieve long-term recovery and independence.**What You’ll Do**As the **Chief Executive Officer (CEO)**, you will provide visionary leadership to ensure the success and growth of the facility. You will:* Oversee daily operations while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accrediting body standards.* Provide strategic direction to achieve financial, clinical, and organizational goals.* Lead, mentor, and support the executive and leadership teams.* Build strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, community partners, and stakeholders.* Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment.* Represent the organization in the community to expand visibility and impact.* Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and long-term sustainability.**What We’re Looking For*** Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.* 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the executive level in healthcare (behavioral health experience preferred).* Proven ability to manage budgets, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth.* Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.* Must be 21 years or older.* Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance + 401k with Company Match* Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays* Tuition Reimbursement (up to $15,000) & Student Loan Forgiveness Programs* Career Growth & Executive Leadership Development Opportunities* Employee Assistance Program**Apply Today**Join us in leading a mission-driven team that is changing lives every day.
