We offer a competitive starting salary between $37,000 - $40,000 per year ($18.00 - $19.25 an hour), including an onsite differential and a language differential, plus bonus opportunities!

What Will You Do as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative?
In a vital role within the thriving insurance industry, you will assist by taking inbound calls from warm leads or existing policyholders. Your goal will be to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer experiences, facilitating peace of mind through our insurance solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage with callers to identify their insurance needs through effective consultation.
Educate customers about our insurance products and identify opportunities for additional sales.
Utilize provided resources to communicate coverage options accurately and effectively.
Resolve customer inquiries related to insurance and service issues through analysis and problem-solving.
Build relationships and provide customized assistance to every caller, recognizing their unique circumstances.

Qualifications to Become a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative:
Minimum six months of experience in a service or sales environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking and effective time management skills.
Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
Basic computer skills.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must possess a GED or High School Diploma.
