Our team thrives on collaboration, hustle, and building strong relationships. We're seeking an experienced IT Recruiter who’s passionate about matching the right people with the right opportunities. Job Summary: As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll work closely with account managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver exceptional talent. The ideal candidate will bring prior agency experience and a solid understanding of the fast-paced, client-focused recruiting environment. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of IT roles (developers, engineers, analysts, project managers, etc.) Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements and hiring timelines Manage candidate communications, schedule interviews, and coordinate feedback Negotiate compensation packages and close candidates effectively Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitive intelligence Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting (agency experience strongly preferred) Proven ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn and other tools Familiarity with technical terminology and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with ATS platforms (Ceipal or other similar systems) Only candidates local to Austin, TX will be considered. This position is hybrid, with expectations to be able to commute in to our physical address at times. Why Choose BWC?
