We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Supply Chain Systems Analyst

to enhance our supply chain technology infrastructure. In this role, you will focus on optimizing system performance, ensuring data accuracy, and leveraging SQL and data analytics to drive process improvements. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of supply chain operations and demonstrate proficiency in relational databases, ERP systems, and reporting tools. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, maintain, and improve supply chain systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms. Create and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze supply chain data. Design dashboards and reports to provide insights into supply chain performance (inventory, logistics, procurement, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, logistics, IT) to identify and resolve system or data-related issues. Ensure data integrity, assist with data migration projects, and troubleshoot data discrepancies. Document system configurations, process flows, and reporting logic effectively. Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and engage in system integrations or upgrades. Recommend and assist with automation or digitization initiatives across the supply chain. Train and support users on supply chain systems and tools. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in supply chain systems, analytics, or IT support. Proficiency in SQL (e.g., writing joins, subqueries, stored procedures). Strong understanding of supply chain functions such as inventory management, procurement, and logistics. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and/or WMS/TMS platforms. Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with scripting languages (Python, VBA) is a plus. Knowledge of EDI, APIs, or system integration methods. Familiarity with Agile or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana). Experience in a manufacturing, retail, or distribution environment. Why Join Us?
