Conduct daily monitoring of systems through walkarounds and trend analysis. Optimize ammonia operations using the Logix system. Oversee training for maintenance technicians to develop operator proficiency. Write and review task procedures, PMs, and SOPs for equipment operation. Assist in PSM compliance audits and maintain compliance with safety standards. Perform mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostics on plant equipment. Collaborate with supervisors and production staff to enhance quality and yield. Complete scheduled work and assist in wastewater operations as needed. Work on HVAC equipment and air compressor systems as required. Document completed work orders and PSM elements accurately. Execute any other assigned duties effectively. Qualifications: Authorized to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship. Must be 18 years or older. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Understanding of Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration Systems. Ammonia Refrigeration Systems Certification - Operator Level 1 needed. Able to use a full face respirator and participate in the Hazmat team. At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics. Possess a strong safety philosophy and adherence to safety protocols. Willingness to work weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Computer literacy with a desire to learn SAP/PPE systems. Maintenance experience in a food processing environment. Familiarity with wastewater systems and HVAC systems. Experience with boilers and compressed air systems. Ability to troubleshoot motor controls and electrical circuits. Please note:
