Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities
•Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
•Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
•Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
•Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
•Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
•Transport supplies to bar set-up area.
•Wash soiled glassware.
•Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area.
•Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
•Process all payment methods.
•Count bank at end of shift, Secure bank
•Complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts
•Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
•Complete closing duties.
•Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
•Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods
•Maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beets, ports, Armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks.
•All other duties as assigned by leadership

•Great memory for recollection of frequently requested drinks
•Mixology and preparation to create signature drinks
•Communication skills to use on a frequent basis
•Organization to maintain order using a multitude of different ingredients and tools
•Efficiency for high-volume hours
•Consistency for regulars
Minimum Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. Refined verbal communication skills. Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight. Must be able to work weekends Work Environment/Conditions Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise, without the use of a private office. Must be able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of optimism, professionalism & collaboration. Physical Demands
•Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print).
•Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
•Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds with assistance.
•Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
•Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
•Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
