As a crucial point of contact for our guests, maintaining a friendly, attentive demeanor is essential. The Server will report directly to the Front of the House Manager or Manager on Duty. Key Responsibilities of the Server: Effectively manage guest incidents and resolve complaints. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Accurately handle cash and paperwork. Lead by example and display sound judgment. Have a thorough knowledge of Fiery Crab menus, policies, and procedures. Be proficient in using the Point of Sale system. Exhibit good manners, proper hygiene, a positive attitude, and punctuality. Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We are also seeking an enthusiastic bartender/server to deliver an exceptional drinking experience for our guests. Skilled bartenders will craft classic and innovative cocktails that exceed guest expectations. Compensation includes a competitive salary and tips. Key Responsibilities of the Bartender: Prepare both alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for patrons. Engage with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks. Assess customer needs and preferences to make tailored recommendations. Mix ingredients to create cocktails. Design and present the bar menu. Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Maintain focus on guest needs to ensure an outstanding experience. Adhere to all food and beverage regulations. Required Skills: Proven experience as a bartender. Expert knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Computer literacy. Ability to communicate in a second language is a plus. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Organizational skills to keep the bar clean and stocked. Relevant training certificate. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years serving experience required. Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience required.
