The ideal candidate will possess exceptional research, organizational, and time-management skills, coupled with a strong passion for electing Democratic candidates. This position focuses on contested Senate races in the 2026 election cycle, beginning September 2025. The candidate must be willing to relocate within the designated region. Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Senate Finance Director to execute fundraising strategies. Conduct comprehensive donor research utilizing federal and state campaign finance databases. Staff and support Senate candidate call-time. Regularly update NGP with donor biographical information, contribution histories, and contact details. Plan, organize, and staff fundraising events for Senate candidates. Perform accurate and efficient data entry and database management. Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications

Proven ability to independently initiate and complete projects. At least one campaign cycle of experience with NGP and ActBlue. Strong attention to detail. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Awareness and interest in current political issues and policy. Proficiency with campaign finance databases. Skilled in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Drive. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. A genuine enthusiasm for campaigning, politics, and supporting Democratic candidates. Requirements

Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation

Starting salary is $5,000 per month. This position reports directly to the Senate Finance Director.
