What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Product Innovation Director to join our team. This position falls under our corporate line of business and is located in Peachtree Corners, GA. In this role, you will own the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered innovations in customer-facing applications. This is a senior-level individual contributor role—you will personally drive execution, partnering across Corpay LOBs to replace outdated interfaces with conversational, AI-driven experiences.

Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include:
Leading the development of AI capabilities that transform how customers interact with Corpay’s digital products—delivering financially quantifiable impact through improved customer satisfaction, engagement, and conversion.
Designing tools that minimize manual effort and maximize output quality.
Partnering with LOBs to identify opportunities for conversational interfaces, replacing menu-driven UIs with AI assistant UIs.
Driving the creation of conversational reporting and self-service insights.
Collaborating with the Innovation Lab for design, prototyping, and technical delivery.
Developing KPI frameworks to measure engagement, adoption, and revenue impact in dollar terms.
Partnering with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver innovative interfaces.
Using agile methods to rapidly test and iterate concepts.
Ensuring customer-facing teams and end-users understand and adopt new capabilities.
Collecting and acting on feedback for continuous improvement.
Aligning AI product innovation with both customer needs and Corpay’s business strategy.
Staying ahead of emerging conversational AI, UX, and customer engagement trends.
Ensuring solutions are intuitive, secure, and compliant.
Qualifications & Skills
10–15 years total experience, with 5–7+ years in AI/data product development, strategic product ownership, cross-functional leadership in tech-driven environments, financial services, enterprise SaaS, or customer engagement platforms (depending on the role)
Proven track record delivering AI/data products in customer engagement, marketing tech, or CRM.
Strong ability to align stakeholders, manage data pipelines, validate models, and track impact metrics.
Hands-on executor who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and drives measurable results.
