Lead and develop a high-performing federal sales team across Civilian sectors, driving success through tailored strategies and consistent execution. Build and execute comprehensive GTM plans that align with Wiz’s overall objectives and federal customer needs. Demonstrate deep knowledge of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and effectively communicate their value to federal customers, ensuring alignment with mission-critical requirements. Identify new business opportunities within the U.S. Federal space, leveraging your network and understanding of federal acquisition processes to expand Wiz’s presence. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to ensure an integrated approach to sales. Analyze sales performance metrics to continuously improve team efficiency and outcomes, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and federal market demands. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the federal government to foster long-term partnerships. Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and procurement processes in the federal space, using this knowledge to guide strategy and sales execution. What you’ll bring
8+ years of experience in federal sales leadership, with a strong focus on the Civilian agencies. Proven track record of building and executing successful GTM strategies within the U.S. Federal market, driving significant revenue growth. Demonstrated success in leading a team of enterprise and major account executives focused on federal sales. In-depth knowledge of federal procurement processes, compliance (including FedRAMP), and acquisition lifecycles. Strong understanding of cloud security solutions and their applicability within federal environments. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to influence both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and navigate complex sales cycles in the federal space. Federal compliance and eligibility

Compensation
Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. US Base Pay Range $187,500 — $207,500 USD
