is seeking a skilled
Maintenance
Mechanic
to join their team. This
full-time, first-shift
position requires a hands-on professional with experience in general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment repair. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production machinery and building maintenance, ensuring smooth operations across the facility. Responsibilities of the
Maintenance
Mechanic
:
Perform
general maintenance
on structures, electrical, heating and cooling systems, and plumbing.
Repair or replace parts on mechanical equipment, including
screw machines, cut-off machines, CNC machines, and drill presses .
Maintain and repair
forklifts
to ensure safe operation.
Construct
bins, shop benches, and partitions , as well as repair and replace
electrical switches, small motors, controls, fuses, and lighting equipment .
Perform
corrective maintenance
as directed by the Maintenance Team Leader.
Control
inventory of repair and replacement parts .
Maintain
preventative maintenance
schedules and complete necessary documentation.
Assist with
all phases of production work
when available.
Handle
janitorial responsibilities
for plant and office areas.
Work with various
trade fundamentals , including electrical (three-phase 240V and 480V), hydraulics, carpentry, plumbing, welding, and fabricating.
Troubleshoot and repair
proximity switches, micro switches, encoders, servo motors, motor starters, and transformers .
Continuously seek
quality improvements
and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:
High School Diploma
and a
minimum 2-year technical degree
in manufacturing maintenance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to read, write, and interpret
documents, blueprints, diagrams, and instructions
in English.
Strong
organizational skills
with the ability to
multi-task
and manage a variety of activities.
Must be
quality-conscious
and exhibit core values of
care, honesty, integrity, respect, and responsibility .
Ability to
push, pull, and lift up to 70 pounds
safely.
Required to use
hands for fine motor tasks , such as handling tools and operating equipment.
Vision requirements
include (with or without corrective lenses) close-range, distance, , peripheral, depth perception, and focus.
Ability to
comply with all company safety and quality policies and procedures .

$20-25/hour. Maintenance
