Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated Pest Control Service Expert to join our team. We welcome candidates from blue-collar industries such as construction, lawn care, landscaping, retail, and grocery. If you bring a positive attitude and strong customer service skills, we will provide the necessary training to set you up for success! You will conduct pest control treatments for residential and commercial clients using high-quality, eco-friendly products. Providing exceptional customer service and professionalism while following a structured service schedule is essential. Full-time position Key Responsibilities Enter and exit buildings, access crawl spaces, and navigate stairs and ladders safely. Provide top-notch customer service to address and resolve pest issues effectively. Interpret pesticide labels accurately to mix products as needed. Document work activities and complete all necessary paperwork post-service. Perform pest management services with a focus on professionalism and efficiency. Conduct customer consultations, inspections, identify issues, and execute appropriate treatments. Maintain company equipment and vehicles, including the gas card and other necessary items. Utilize integrated pest management strategies to resolve customer concerns. Qualifications Core Traits: Reliable: Commit to our company values and mission. Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and targets. Experience & Other Requirements 1+ years of pest control experience is preferred. Must pass background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle record checks. Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license. Comfortable working around various pests. Experience in physical labor, especially outdoors. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as bending and stretching.
