Carroll College Senior Business Operations Specialist
Carroll College is seeking an experienced and resourceful Senior Business Operations Specialist. This vital role provides executive-level administrative support to the CFO/Vice President of Finance, while also serving as the primary point of contact for administrative operations within the division. The Specialist will manage complex scheduling and calendaring, coordinate agendas and meeting minutes, and maintain regular interaction with key stakeholders including the President, Vice Presidents, Board of Trustees, and College staff. This position plays an integral role in contract management by assisting in the initiation, creation, review, negotiation, and record-keeping of all College business contracts. In addition to contract duties, the Specialist will assist in administering the College's Property, Liability, and other Insurance Programs, working in close partnership with the CFO/Vice President. They will also contribute to the development and enhancement of college-wide policies and procedures. This position supports a broad range of administrative and accounting functions within the Finance, Administration, and Facilities Management departments, including corporate credit card oversight, fleet vehicle management, food service commission monitoring, and general financial services. Through all responsibilities, the Senior Business Operations Specialist helps promote student recruitment and retention by ensuring that campus resources are utilized effectively and that the learning environment remains safe, welcoming, and well-managed. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related fields. Administrative experience or experience working as a Paralegal is desirable. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
