Associate
Customer Service Representative , you will be our first line of contact for our external customers to ensure the success of every sale, you will also handle domestic orders, which includes placing orders accurately and following up with customers on the private contractor side of the business. You will directly manage an account load of customers and partner with our outside sales team for success. You will be empowered to solve customer-service related problems and implement corrective action plans. You will also gain an expert understanding of our policies, procedures, and goals.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound orders in assigned sales territories and market segments Develop a detailed understanding of all Traffic Solution products and applications Develop a detailed knowledge of all customer market segments and their needs Provide solutions for customers based on product knowledge and customer needs Provide quotations requested by assigned territory customers and assigned outside sales personnel Provide customer support services through order tracking, acknowledgments, confirmations of orders, RMA processing Process customer complaints and coordinate with other teams to identify a solution Collaborate with multiple functional departments to ensure an outstanding overall customer experience Qualifications
4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred; High school diploma required Two or more years inside or outside sales experience a plus Proven record of meeting- exceeding annual sales quota budget a plus Previous experience with high-volume and complex customer service; answering emails, completing orders, and taking calls to resolve complex customer issues. Experience entering a high volume of order data daily with low error rate is essential. Basic knowledge of MS Excel Experience working for a manufacturing company a plus Strong familiarity with TMS systems is a plus Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
