Working Hours:
Second Shift: Monday - Thursday | 1 PM - 11 PM (60-day training will occur on 1st shift from 3 AM - 1 PM).
Some mandatory overtime on Fridays at supervisor discretion.
Pay Range:
Starting wages between $19 - $21+/hour based on your experience in lamination and manufacturing.
An additional $1 Shift Premium for the Second Shift.
Position Summary:
The Laminator Operator will set up and operate our solvent-less laminator, working both independently and as part of a team.
We seek a resourceful individual who can effectively communicate, maintain a positive attitude, and is organized.
10-hour shifts are standard and may change based on the company’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate the laminator according to detailed specifications.
Ensure consistent quality production with high efficiency.
Proactively identify potential issues through keen observation and attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to resolve any operational challenges.
Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on the equipment.
Conduct quality tests and maintain accurate records.
Provide training to new team members as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED is required.
At least one year of machine operating experience is necessary.
Ability to read and record measurements accurately.
Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.
