As an
Air Freight Export Specialist , you will play a crucial role in managing our customers’ air export shipments. You will be the primary contact for coordinating shipment exports between customers, customs brokers, and shipping carriers. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of air export shipments for customers, ensuring timely bookings with airlines. Prepare export documentation in compliance with country requirements, including entry into Logis Air, Certificates of Origin, Cargo Manifest, NAFTA Certificates, and Airway Bills. Ensure accurate and compliant filing of AES (Automated Export System) customs. Maintain regular communication with customers about shipment statuses and coordinate closely with overseas teams to meet delivery commitments. Monitor and track airline departure and arrival information, providing timely updates. Accurately complete invoicing of rendered services in line with company policies. Keep customer profiles updated and accurate. Achieve and meet all assigned KPI targets as audited by the Control Tower. Skills / Requirements: Exceptional customer service skills to enhance client relations. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills to ensure accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in the air freight industry is preferred. Familiarity with Logis Air / Cargo Wise systems is a plus. Experience with ITAR or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) is advantageous. Pay Range:
