Position Summary:
Become a crucial part of our team as a Beverage Sales Associate! We are looking for someone who is passionate about excellent customer service and is attentive to the safety and presentation of our liquor section.
What you'll do:
Ensure the safety of our facility by adhering to safety standards and reporting any unsafe situations to management.
Deliver exceptional Member service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, assisting with product selections, addressing concerns, and promoting our offerings.
Maintain organized merchandise displays by efficiently stocking, cleaning, and arranging products while also removing damaged goods.
Keep the Sales Floor in the Liquor area tidy, handling returns and claims properly, zoning appropriately, and managing inventory shrinkage.
Operate cash registers and related equipment, processing transactions and managing payments, returns, and exchanges following procedural guidelines.
Maintain cash register operations and help minimize inventory loss by ensuring all supplies are stocked and following company protocol on securing merchandise.
Comply with company and legal regulations regarding liquor sales, ensuring proper identification verification and maintaining required documentation.
