Role Overview: The Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services to keep vehicles running at their best. This role focuses on oil changes, fluid inspections, filter replacements, and other basic maintenance tasks while ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities: Routine Maintenance:

Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements to maintain vehicle performance. Inspections:

Check belts, hoses, tire pressure, and other essential components for wear or damage. Safety & Quality:

Identify potential issues early and recommend preventative maintenance solutions. Customer Service:

Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service that exceeds customer expectations. Vehicle Testing:

Safely drive vehicles when needed for testing and verification. Team Support:

Assist fellow technicians and contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment.

Qualifications: Automotive Knowledge:

Basic understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures. Technical Skills:

Ability to diagnose common maintenance issues quickly and accurately. Learning & Growth:

Willingness to learn new repair techniques and technologies. Education:

High school diploma or GED required; technical training or ASE certifications preferred. Physical Ability:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform basic computer tasks. Driver’s License:

Valid license with a clean driving record preferred.
