REQUIREMENT:

Senior Software Developer – Legacy Systems, Modernization & Public Sector Solutions

Austin, Texas (Remote)

Need Overall 25+Years of experience

3 References from the recent projects are must.

Minimum Qualifications:

20+ years of experience in software development, evolving from legacy to modern platforms.

20+ years of experience with Classic ASP and ASP.NET web applications.

20+ years of experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, schema design, stored procedures, SSRS, and SSIS.

15+ years of experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript

15 years Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks and tools. Proficiency in writing unit tests using nUnit framework.

10 years Crystal Reports experience to work with older versions along with new.

5 years in Proficiency in ASP.NET Core for building RESTful APIs.

5+ years of Experience with redesigning legacy asp and asp.net 3.5 framework applications with (since we have many)

5+ years of experience making web applications ADA Section 504 compliant.

Work with Entity Framework, SSRS, and SSIS packages

Utilize technologies including C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server (SSMS)

Apply knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred:

5+ years of experience working with Texas Education Agency projects (must list projects).

1 year of ArcGIS software experience.

Specific Skills:

Classic ASP & ASP.NET development.

SQL Server, Entity Framework, SSRS, SSIS, schema & stored procedure optimization.

.NET Core APIs, RESTful principles.

Front-end (HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Bootstrap).

Visual Studio, C#.

Legacy modernization and ADA compliance.

Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD.

Strong troubleshooting & production support expertise.
