Identify and qualify new sales opportunities. Respond to inquiries and develop proposals to meet customer needs. Close sales in radiation therapy and industrial markets. Spend 50% of your time working indoors and travel for customer presentations the rest of the time. Target potential and existing customers, building key influencer relationships. Drive market growth through lead development and new selling opportunities. Establish and nurture long-term account relationships. Demonstrate proficiency in direct sales and cold calling. Compile and prioritize potential customer lists. Represent our products interactively through face-to-face meetings. Prepare and finalize sales agreements. Represent our brand at technical meetings, trade shows, and presentations. Solicit and deliver impactful presentations to national corporate medical facilities and equipment manufacturers. Develop strong relationships with industry influencers. Experience You Will Need: Bachelor's or Associate degree, preferably in business, construction, or shielding industry. Solid understanding of sales principles and practices, especially in direct and phone sales. Familiarity with architectural processes, production distribution channels, and construction aspects. Strong interpersonal skills for managing key accounts. Ability to read blueprints and estimates. Excellent oral and written communication skills to organize effective sales presentations. Capability to develop qualified contacts with effective follow-up. Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Competency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems. Experience with prospecting, cold call tactics, and creating territory business plans. Knowledge of the construction industry and distribution business is a plus. Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to address client needs. Technical skills to educate clients on products and services. Ability to adhere to ISO policies and procedures.
