Adult Education Department; Division of Workforce Development .
We are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant workplace community. What Youll Do As
OPS Adult Education Recruitment Specialist
, you will have the chance to work inside TSCs Adult Education (AE) Department. The AEDepartmentprovidesa range of instructional programs that help adults get the basic skills they need to be productive workers, family members, and citizens. The primary programareas are Adult Basic Education (ABE),GED Preparation, and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). The Recruitment Specialistwill be responsible for recruiting new students for the Department in the tri county area of Adult Education services; Leon, Gadsden, and Wakulla Counties. The day-to-day responsibilities will include: Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable student referrals and recruitment; assist with the distribution of marketing materials (print, social media, website, etc.); follow-up with potential students via phone or email; develop and conduct presentations at community events; assist students with applying and registering to the College; track recruitment efforts to determine best practices. Work Schedule:
20 hours per week; hours may include weekends and evenings
