This is a 30 month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).Required Experience:84 months of experience conducting business analysis for multi-divisional systems or organizational initiatives.84 months of experience documenting as-is/to-be business processes and workflows.84 months of experience gathering and writing both functional and non-functional requirements.Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)84 months of experience collaborating with technical and business teams on system modernization or legacy replacement efforts.48 months of experience using structured elicitation techniques (e.g., journey mapping, business process reengineering).48 months of experience participating in cross-agency or multi-stakeholder projects.36 months of experience using tools such as Visio, SQL, or low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, OutSystems).36 months of experience supporting business process improvement or workflow optimization initiatives.
