Compensation:
The position offers a base pay of $18 per hour, which may vary based on your location, experience, and skills. Work Hours:

Employee discounts on Wayfair products 401(k) plan with company match Referral bonuses for bringing in new talent Your Responsibilities Will Include: Acting as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience by showcasing our vast home online assortment in-store. Managing stock levels and maintaining merchandise presentation to ensure a well-stocked sales floor. Supporting customer fulfillment across all channels, including order pickups and inventory management. Upholding visual and safety standards throughout the store. Participating in daily operations such as restocking, organizing floor layouts, and maintaining store cleanliness. Exhibiting a positive and professional demeanor with customers and colleagues alike. Contributing innovative ideas for continual team improvement. Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with frequent product and promotional changes. Helping customers with furniture deliveries to their vehicles. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in stock receiving; retail and/or customer service experience is preferred. A positive attitude and a passion for outstanding customer service. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to build relationships. A proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams. Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office applications is a plus. A commitment to representing our brand with professionalism and polished communication. Essential Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong active listening ability. Enthusiasm for supporting customers with a positive, professional approach. Technical skills for using necessary software to manage products and inventory. Ability to process transactions through a computer system and POS register. Physical Requirements: Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift regularly; comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering heavier items with assistance. Specific vision abilities including close and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
