Production Compounder . Salary/Hourly Rate: $24/hr - $27/hr Position Overview: The Production Compounder is responsible for executing manufacturing orders, repackaging products into finished goods, and ensuring all processes meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This Production Compounder reports directly to the Operations Manager and plays a key part in maintaining smooth, efficient, and compliant production operations. Responsibilities of the Production Compounder:

Execute manufacturing orders on time and follow formulas and work instructions accurately.

Safely operate equipment such as pumps, filters, mixers, and lifts.

Record weights, label materials, and maintain proper documentation per inventory standards.

Repackage products into finished goods while following GMP and food safety requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Clean tanks, utensils, and equipment as required.

Review and follow batch records precisely.

Report equipment issues to Operations Manager or Maintenance promptly.

Support HACCP, GMP, FDA, and FSMA compliance at all times.

Collaborate with Quality, Inventory Control/Shipping, and Facilities teams as needed.

Required Experience/Skills for the Production Compounder:

2+ years of experience in chemical mixing, compounding, or batch making in a GMP/FDA-regulated environment (flavors/fragrances or specialty chemicals preferred).

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically active work (standing, kneeling, bending, reaching).

Must be able to pass a respiratory fit test and be clean-shaven when required to properly wear a respirator.

Education Requirements:

GED.
