Be Infoblox . AI Business Process Transformation Consultant (Contract) We have an opportunity for a highly capable and forward-thinking contractor to join our Business Strategy team in the United States, reporting to Senior Director, Business Strategy. In this pivotal role, you will support cross-functional teams in translating complex business processes into IT requirements, with a focus on leveraging AI technologies. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams and serving as a bridge, you will help to reimagine workflows and solutions through the lens of AI-driven automation and insight. Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do Engage with stakeholders across business units to understand current-state processes Collaborate with teams to design future-state workflows optimized with AI capabilities Translate business needs into clear, actionable IT requirements and solution briefs Facilitate AI use-case discovery and prioritization aligned with business goals Guide change management and user adoption strategies for AI-enabled solutions Evaluate off-the-shelf AI tools versus custom builds and advise on implementation approach Work closely with IT, External Vendors, and Business Units to support solution design and delivery Be Prepared — What You Bring 10+ years experience in IT or Operations Proven experience in change management and digital transformation Understanding and experience with business process improvement Strong understanding of AI and how it can be used in business process transformation Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart) and requirement-gathering frameworks Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills Experience in agile like environments and collaborating with business and technical teams Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Other relevant experience will include:
5+ years in business/IT consulting, ideally with exposure to AI transformation initiatives Bonus: Experience with tools like ChatGPT, OpenAI, Glean, or other AI/automation platforms Experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional teams
