Position Overview Join our team as a Craft Beer Bartender, where you'll be at the heart of our vibrant brewery environment. You will have the opportunity to engage with our guests while showcasing your mixology skills and providing an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a diverse range of innovative and classic crafted beverages, following recipes and catering to individual preferences. Take and accurately process food and drink orders from guests, ensuring their specific requests and dietary needs are met. Deliver food and drinks with care and attention, guaranteeing a top-quality experience for every guest. Foster a welcoming atmosphere through friendly and professional engagement, offering personalized drink recommendations and addressing any concerns. Manage and monitor bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while communicating with management about low stock levels. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, including washing glassware and sanitizing workstations. Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions, operating the point of sale (POS) system efficiently. Comply with all local and state alcohol regulations, including verifying customer ages responsibly. Collaborate with the team, including kitchen staff and fellow servers, to deliver seamless service to our guests. Assist in setting up for special events and busy periods to ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority. Perform additional duties as needed to support brewery operations. Qualifications: Previous experience as a bartender or server in a restaurant or bar is preferred. Strong knowledge of a wide array of drink recipes and the ability to mix them adeptly. Understanding of food items and pairing suggestions is a plus. Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with a knack for creating positive interactions with guests. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities are essential. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and handle demanding tasks. Possession of a 'Beer Savvy' Beer Server Certification is required. Able to thrive in fast-paced environments, especially during peak hours. Dependable transport to and from the brewery. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Employment Status This is a Non-Exempt position, with available Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities.
