Pay rate: $24 to $26 per hour
Generous benefits available on your 60th day, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee customer reporting, communicate critical issues, and manage complex customer situations.
Handle escalated requests from other team members while delivering top-notch service.
Provide precise and consistent responses to customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed.
Maintain regular communication with customers and fellow customer service representatives.
Train new teammates on customer service tools and applications.
Support management with the creation of written procedures and training materials.
Keep customer files organized and up-to-date.
Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service at McLane.
Typing speed of 45 words per minute and proficient 10-key skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Adept at prioritizing tasks logically and efficiently.
Quick learner with the ability to retain information and meet deadlines.
Capable of making independent decisions that benefit both the company and the customer.
Strong knowledge of internal systems and an understanding of the overall business structure and customer base.
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
