Develop end-to-end digital operational process flows for Semiconductor R&D Lab. Act as a Business Analyst for R&D Lab Operations teams, supporting MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and related processes. Assess business requirements and collaborate with BPA/End users to streamline processes and deliver value. Configure MES systems to meet business needs and document MES modeling processes. Collaborate with IT portfolio managers, project managers, and customers to develop MES roadmaps and drive product development from concept to launch. Work in an Agile environment, continuously reviewing and refining business needs, priorities, milestones, and risks. Define and support user experience, support, and monitoring for customers. Translate product roadmap features into detailed requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize and manage the sprint backlog, balancing stakeholder requirements. Lead functional design processes, leveraging knowledge of users and technology. Define and review functional process documents (FS) aligned with BPD/BRD, and present to technical architects. Review and approve technical designs in collaboration with Business teams. Support functional architecture for multiple processes in semiconductor labs and support global business operations. Participate in QA checkpoints, review UAT test cases, and work closely with business and execution teams to complete UAT. Qualifications / Skills:
Fluent in English (writing and listening), with a good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen. Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and multitasking ability. Strong communication skills to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders. Proven experience with MES systems, preferably FactoryWorks MES. Prior experience in the semiconductor industry or related knowledge preferred. Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of product or project development experience. Experience working with MES solutions and in the semiconductor space. Background in launching software/services in collaboration with engineering teams, familiar with Agile development and iterative prototyping. Experience delivering data and intelligence solutions end-to-end.
