Sr. Programmer Analyst
who will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and testing workflow in the SAP and Concur Systems and supporting end users with SAP Security and workflow issues. Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for testing SAP Transactions and Reports primarily to support Security & Workflow. Responsible for monitoring and analyzing SAP & Concur Security Role and workflow assignments. Works primarily on unplanned requests and issues from customers (other EBS teams and end users). Maintains & populates the SAP Role & Workflow Library. Documents testing scenarios and results. Documents and updates Functional Design Specifications. Creates Job Aids/Training documents/videos/PowerPoints primarily for Security & Workflow Transactions & Reports. Specific Devices, Software, Projects The SAP system is used by the Johns Hopkins University and Johns Hopkins Health System for business and administrative functions in the areas of Finance, HR/Payroll, Supply Chain and Reporting. There are approximately 14,000 Johns Hopkins Enterprise users of the SAP System. The Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) team is responsible to support, maintain and enhance the SAP system.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree. Three years related experience. Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
