The Call Time Manager is responsible for managing a candidate’s call time and supporting the campaign’s fundraising goals. Key duties include sitting with the candidate during call time, logging call data using preferred platforms (e.g., NGP, CallTime AI), preparing accurate call sheets, following up on calls, collaborating with the finance director and campaign manager to execute the finance plan, assisting with fundraising events and volunteer programs, and performing other fundraising tasks as needed for campaign success. This position is for campaign jobs only, not within the DCCC. Hiring decisions, salary, and specific duties are determined by the campaigns themselves. Candidates should ideally have campaign or phone banking experience, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and NGP, and familiarity with campaign finance operations including call time, events, mail, online activities, phone banking, finance committees, budget management, and compliance.
