They assist judges, Judge Advocates, and unit commanders with a wide range of legal matters and judicial work. Job Duties
Provide paralegal support to unit commanders and the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate Prepare legal documents for courts-martial, Article 15 actions, and other military justice proceedings Review line of duty determinations, investigations, separation board proceedings, and other administrative law matters Assist in family law matters such as power of attorney, wills, and separation decrees Basic Qualifications
Age: 17 to 34 years old Education: Current Senior in High School, High School Diploma, GED, or higher Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Must submit to background and medical screening Training
Requires 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training and 10 weeks of Advanced Individual Training with on-the-job instruction at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Skills You’ll Learn
